WE WON AND NOW WE'RE IN... LETS DO IT AGAIN!!!!!

We have made the play offs!!!! But we may be handicapped for the Semi Finals. Due to one of the teams stars Lauren going on vacation for a week but will be back for the finals, but we have have a replacement player Njambi Morgan. She is a former teammate of Niall and Kamil from there AYSO days on a team called the Yellow Dandelions back in 2007. The defencive rock has just gotten off an injury that put her out of action for sometime. We might call this a trail run to see if she wants to join the unstoppable team next season for spring time....

LETS GOT FINEST FC WIN AND WE'RE IN THE FINAL!!!!

The Possible Chelsea Piers playoff picture..

The race now stands at :

Danglers Clinched playoffs and 1st play spot.

:now it gets crazy:

SiLo has a chance to take 2nd place away from Viola

Viola has clinched playoffs.

FINEST just need to win and playoffs clinched and 4th places clinched due to Head to Head

Sky Rink needs to win to stay in and hold 3rd. If they lose and the FINEST win they're out.

Do it for the Kids need the FINEST to lose and SiLo to lose.

Basically the games to watch is the first game FINEST vs The Soul Crushers & Sky Rink vs SiLo

The Favorites for the playoffs right now is...

THE FINEST FC(4) vs Danglers(1)

Viola FC(3) vs SiLo(2)

6 way Battle Royal for the Chelsea Piers Playoffs

The playoff race has start with a BANG at Chelsea Piers Co-Ed League. With 6 teams fighting for playoff hopes still alive. The favorite to hold there spot is Sky Rink, they would need some very bad luck and lose there next 2 games. If they win 2 games straight they could take 2nd from FC Viola (the team with no loses until the SiLo came along and beat them 12-8). The biggest thing to look at is the 4th place spot open which is being hunted down by THE FINEST FC, SiLo, Do it for the Kids, Arsenal GSE, and Soul Crushers. Granted Soul Crushers need alot of luck on there side cause they need the other teams to lose next week or tie and they need to win for them to keep there hope alive and well. THE FINEST FC the young blood team entered the League in week 3 and went on a 2 game losing streak to only get 3 new players to change the whole team around and make it the power house it is today. They currently hold the 4th place spot on Goal Difference and Head to Head. Right now the young team has there own faith in there hands all they have to do is win and there in. The next game at 10pm will be a good one not just between the teams but the supporters.

THE FINEST FC and FC Viola will be the game to watch mainly because both teams have a fan base and the rivalry between the former teammates. Raul Niall Kamil Joe and Maria were once part of a team called Pier Pressure which was founded in 2008 and then in 2009 gone due to the fact Joe and Maria stole the players off of it and made the Rising Stars and left the main stars of Pier Pressure behind. The Rising Stars lost every game that season. But then the Joe and Maria went off again and made there own team based on only Italian players now today at FC Viola. So this is gunna be a dirty game not only because of the bad blood but FC Viola likes to take out major weapons on the field. THE FINEST better be careful and protect there Spainish or there gunna be in trouble down the road.

So a lot of must wins out there this week at Chelsea Piers. The stands now sit at this:

Name Win-Loses-Ties Points
  1. Danglers 8-2-0 24
  2. FC Viola 7-1-2 23
  3. Sky Rink 6-3-1 19

St. Baldrick's day

Tomorrow I am shaving my head for kids with cancer. If I don't do it tomorrow I'm gunna do it on St. Patrick's day. I thought I would do it tomorrow cuz I'm having a game at Chelsea Piers and for ever goal I score Ill donate $10 to a charity that has to do with kids'. Down below is a brief statement about the St. Baldrick's foundation:

The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity, headquartered in Pasadena, California and hosts events across the globe. Events have taken place in all 50 US states and 24 countries. The foundation raises money for childhood cancer research primarily through head-shaving events. Volunteers, sponsored by family, friends and employers, go bald in solidarity with kids who typically lose their hair during cancer treatment.

The concept of St. Baldrick's was devised in 1999 by three Irish-American reinsurance executives from New York City, and grew from a single event to a nationwide effort in a relatively short period of time, now known as the world’s largest volunteer fundraiser for childhood cancer research. The founders decided to turn their St. Patrick's Day party into a benefit for pediatric oncology research by shaving their heads, thereby showing solidarity with children undergoing chemotherapy treatment. Therefore, the name of the Foundation is a play on the words Bald and Patrick - going bald on St. Patrick’s Day, led to St. Baldrick’s.

Since 2000 through May 2009, the St. Baldrick's Foundation has raised over $66 million, hosted over 2,300 head-shaving events and shaved over 100,000 heads in 50 U.S. states and 24 countries.[citation needed][1]

The St. Baldrick’s Foundation became a non-profit organization in late 2004 and makes grants to research organizations that meet stringent criteria and share the foundation’s commitment to fiscal responsibility and emphasis on research. St. Baldrick’s research grants help fill crucial funding gaps at medical institutions where children are treated for cancer, ensuring the finest care for every child. St. Baldrick’s Fellowships enable some of the most promising new doctors to pursue pediatric cancer research as a career. Since 2005, St. Baldrick's has funded 24 Fellows across the country.

Just a bad sports weekend for me.

It all started on Friday when me Kamil and Raul reunited to make "The Finest" at Chelsea Piers. Our team was bad, everything was great in the first 10 mins we were getting shot passing well. But then the last 40 mins came, OH MY LORD!!!! goal after goal just started coming in. Then Raul couldn't breath so no subs for us guys, then Kamil got a cramp so I had to come in goals (didn't do that bad) so we ended up playing down a man. The final score being 11-1 bad start to season.

Saturday comes along its time to play Football. We play 11 on 11 we had 3 subs the other team had a good number amount of subs. We score on are first drive we're all like "woot this bitch suck"... oh man we're we wrong. It ended up to back firer cuz we got tired real quick by having so little subs then the fact we had no QB and no O-line. So basically we were flat out fucked. we lost like 7-1.

Sunday is here and its Jets vs Colts. Jets lose... thats all i have to fucking say. Lets go Saint!!!!

Tis the Season to be JOLY!!!

Yeah its Xmas time and I've finished all my Xmas shopping. It was hard this year for gifts but I got the deed done. Now all I have to do is wait for my gift to come in which I hope is money which I can put towards the lovely game of Football aka Soccer. One being Chelsea Piers to have the rebirth of Pier Pressure. The second being Red Bull New York season tickets. At this point it's mostly going to Chelsea cause its sooner. Which is 01.09.2010 (I think...). So hope everyone else is getting their shopping done too.
